time?

The Wrigley Building and Tribune Tower. Noon and Night. Notice how the clock is not on the Wrigley Building on the daytime shot but is there at night. It must have been off for cleaning or repair. (The daytime shot was taken about a week ago and the night shot was taken on Tuesday)
